Melissa’s results-driven style comes from her front-line experience of supporting diverse management at all levels through her technical human resource knowledge, strategic organizational capability and effective interpersonal skills. She proudly holds and maintains her Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional certifications and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as HR Houston. When not working on HR projects, Melissa is enjoying time with her husband and their family which includes their 2 dogs, volunteering in outreach organizations, supporting her community and making time for the beach and a good book.
